Refunds
- We are happy to accept returns, provided that the goods returned are NOT damaged, used, in their original condition, with the packing and tags, within 3 days of order delivered.
- Please make sure to make an unboxing video of the package to avoid any issues in raising concerns since all items are packaged carefully before dispatching.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice received via email and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Please return the merchandise via traceable delivery/courier service or registered post to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 5 days (excluding weekends) after receiving the returned goods.
- All returns should be dispatched to the following address:

- Upon receiving the return package at our office our team will get in touch with you for bank details to make the refund. It would take us 4-5 working days (excluding weekends) to process your refund.

Shipping returns
- Cash on delivery is NOT available for orders above the total payable amount of 8000 PKR. Orders above the amount of 8000 PKR can only be placed via Direct Bank Transfer payment method.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched. Please do not refuse to accept the order when it has been dispatched and make sure you respond the riders when they try to reach out.
- If you refuse to accept the package, you will not be allowed to place further orders on cash on delivery and will also have to pay for extra delivery charges for the previous package refused.
